Engine Purchase Agreements

Charles Taylor Aviation Asset Management (CTAAM) conducted a review and comparison of two proposed engine purchase agreements on behalf of an International carrier.
The review included an analysis of the anticipated maintenance reserves, escalation rates, warranties, guarantees, spare engine options as well as the purchase prices and associated credits.
