Charles Taylor appoints Strategic Business Planning and Development Director

Richard Hayes joins to drive plans for growth in the insurance services market.
Charles Taylor Insurance Services (CTIS) has appointed Richard Hayes as Strategic Business Planning and Development Director to drive CTIS’s plans for growth in the insurance services market.
Richard has over 30 years experience in (re)insurance markets with particular expertise in underwriting management, run-off management, business development and marketing. He joins from an independent specialist run-off and (re)insurance services consultancy. Previously he was Head of Office of AMP’s UK discontinued insurance and reinsurance portfolios and was Managing Director of Gordian (Run-off) UK Ltd (formerly GIO UK Ltd). He started his career with QBE where he worked for 20 years as a reinsurance underwriter and latterly as QBE’s Group Reinsurance Manager.
