Our Taylored Elective Services (TES) continues to evolve from the initial core service offering of Delegated 2nd Lead claim agreement management. TES now cater for every class of business for all Delegated 1st Lead and Delegated 2nd Lead agreement claims. The TES team also currently act on behalf of several Lloyd’s Syndicates and provide Bordereaux Management. Our flexible FastTRAX claims service which provides a ‘lighter touch’ claims adjusting for Delegated 1st Lead claim agreement parties on lower value, lower complexity claims. The TES team can also provide flexible cover for claims surge cover, staff absence and holidays or any other additional resource that our clients may require. The services that CTIS provide give our clients the ability to demonstrate to Lloyds’ that they have additional resource available should Claims volumes spike. Despite the benign claims period volumes are increasing month on month on all our services.

New claims audit service: We have developed a Claims Audit and Review Management serviceat the request of Lloyd’s and our current contracted clients. This draws upon the extensive expertise of CT to conduct class of business, loss specific claims audits and internal peer-review. These reviews can be conducted either remotely or internally to assist in assessing claims compliance; reserves and claims decision making or review Cedants; Third Party Administrators or Coverholders.
Our TES team were one of only four providers selected by Lloyd’s to assist in the Lloyd’s Claim File Review pilot earlier this year.
