New Look Static Service offers more

Charles Taylor’s Static Claims service has now been running for nearly four years and continues to prove an effective way to manage the updating of static claims across the market. The centralisation of this service into a single provider has proved popular with the brokers who now only have to respond to one request monthly rather than manage multiple requests from each managing agent. We now have under management or closed out in excess of 180,000 claims.

Since the winding up of the Static Claims Board, we now manage each client separately and are evolving the service into different areas. For those MAs with a company platform we are able to perform a data cleansing exercise, similar to the static claims service, to allow the release of redundant reserves. Several clients have also changed the service so that all static claims are now managed by CTIS, regardless of value thus relieving their claims staff and allowing them to concentrate on live claims where more value can be added.
