Write-back on Trax

Write-back on TRAX

06 November 2015

ECF Write-back, one of the most eagerly awaited technological enhancements in recent years in the Claims Market is here and CTIS is delighted that over half of all early adopters for this LMA led initiaitive are TRAX users.

Charles Taylor’s Trax claims management software, fully automates claims notification and monitoring processes, enabling insurers to reduce cost, increase efficiency and achieve fast claims settlement while providing a platform to support market standards and compliance adherence. Launched just over a year ago, Trax has been widely adopted with over 100 users - and is now recognised as one of the market’s leading claims systems.

New web browser interface: In the past six months a number of significant changes have been rolled out seamlessly to the users and the deployment of new functionality continues.  The Trax user group, made up of the current users, has indicated what new functions they would like and these are planned for implementation over the next six months.  One of the most significant of these updates was the conversion of the system from Citrix access to web browser which enabled an update of the user interface and improvements in the ‘look and feel’ of the system.

Zero cost to users: These new functions are at no cost to the users as the SAAS model annual fee includes all updates defined and agreed by the user group.  The added benefit of this model is that updates are automatic, require no user implementation and are available to all users immediately.
