Tropical Storm Cindy is approaching the Gulf Coast and expected to bring high winds, heavy rain, and potential flash flooding, which could impact the geographical area stretching from the San Luis Pass in East Texas to the Panhandle of Florida, with the main impacted area being between Houston, TX and Mobile, AL. The storm is projected to reach landfall early Thursday morning, June 22, 2017.
