Townsville, Queensland Floods

Townsville, Queensland Floods

04 February 2019

Following the recent flooding catastrophe in Townsville, Queensland, Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) is well placed to assist Insurers.

This incident has surpassed all previous meteorological events with over 1,000mm of rain falling within a single week, and the devastation throughout the region is unparalleled. CTA commits to providing resources and services to enable Insurers to address commercial customers’ claims effectively and efficiently.

As CTA does not concentrate on SME and residential claims, we can offer high quality service in complex matters across many fields of insurance.  It is likely that claims will eventuate in retail, infrastructure, buildings, construction, engineering and industrial.

All our adjusters are engineering degree qualified professionals, as well as trained specialist adjusters within their field. We are therefore able to quickly identify the areas of concern within a claim and offer solutions to the engineering difficulties presented for Property and Business Interruption matters.

CTA can also provide legally trained adjusting staff to assist with any liability matters that may arise from the incident.

Should you have exposure in the impacted areas and require our assistance, please contact us using the details below.
