Dutch insurer DELA transforms to a ‘digital-first’ platform to strengthen personal customer service

Dutch funeral, savings and life insurer, DELA cooperative, is meeting the market challenges and competitive landscape they face by undertaking a complete digital transformation of their business.

DELA is capitalising on the power of emerging insurance technology supplied by Charles Taylor InsureTech to provide greater flexibility and faster speed to market of new products in order to meet and exceed their customer expectations.

The transformation will be delivered in close partnership with Charles Taylor InsureTech using cloud-based technology and digital solutions to deliver enhanced customer-focused outcomes.  The move will deliver greater scalability, better customer insights and free-up time for DELA to focus on customer expectations and service excellence.

The new platform will use the highly rated INSIS core policy administration system as a foundation to a complete digital transformation programme. It will use the Oracle Cloud which will allow consistent performance and user access.

DELA has agreed a long-term ten-year partnership agreement with Charles Taylor InsureTech to continuously develop its digital programme.
