About This Individual
Anthony joined Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) in the role of Construction and Engineering Adjuster in October 2016. He gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University in 1998, and subsequently commenced his career in Construction in Australia and then Internationally.
He now has in excess of 16 years of construction industry experience including contract administration and construction project management, primarily in the Mining and Commercial Development sectors. Anthony has managed civil engineering design teams and his background in project management equips him to proactively manage construction related claims matters.
Anthony gained experience in the construction of residential land development and infrastructure projects for both government and private clients whilst working for a civil contractor in Western Australia.
Between 2003 and 2008 Anthony spent time in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates where he performed technical and operational roles within the building materials sector which provided him in depth knowledge of construction techniques and designs generally.
More recently Anthony has gained experience within a civil engineering consultancy in Sydney as a construction project manager and contract superintendent. In this role he has also had exposure to project budget development, design development, tendering, and project delivery within the residential land development sector.
The above experience which involves projects in the millions of dollars in value has allowed Anthony to obtain a deep understanding of construction contracts and the issues and disputes which arise from the management of the same.
