About This Individual
Chris joined Charles Taylor Adjusting in 2014. He started his aviation career with British Airways in 1979, qualified as an aircraft engineer, gained a first class honours degree, obtained Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licences and authorisations on Boeing aircraft. As a Senior Aircraft Engineer he led a team maintaining the Concorde fleet. Chris worked in the industry overseas and in aviation technical, planning and management positions. He previously gained a Private Pilot’s Licence with multi-engine rating. Chris has handled aviation claims for the insurance market for over 20 years, including several major losses, major repair projects and cases with complex technical issues. He has also undertaken consultancy assignments for the aviation industry.
