About This Individual
  • Peter has over 45 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. After an initial period working as a Quantity Surveyor he began his insurance career with Sun Alliance & London Insurance (now Royal & Sun Alliance) before moving into loss adjusting in 1977.

  • Since becoming a loss adjuster he has lived and worked overseas in Jamaica, Belgium, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Africa and United Arab Emirates. He has travelled extensively throughout the world on insurance claim investigations, surveys and consultancy assignments involving Commercial Fire & Special Perils, Business Interruption, Casualty including Products Liability, Power Generation, Construction and Machinery Breakdown, Political Violence damage and major Personal Accident Capital Benefit claims. He has also been involved with most of the recent Catastrophe incidents in the Caribbean.

  •  He was a Founding Director of the international adjusting firm of Resolve International Ltd in 1988 that was acquired by Charles Taylor Consulting in May 2001, which thereafter became Charles Taylor Adjusting. He specialises in the handling of complex Non Marine Property and Casualty claims, predominantly for the Reinsurance Market.
