  • He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and is a member of the Building Surveying and Valuation Divisions
  • He is experienced in Residential Survey and Valuation, Building defect analysis, Party Wall Awards, Risk Surveys and Dilapidations
  • He qualified as Chartered Building Engineer in 2013
  • Rob entered the insurance industry and loss adjusting market in 1990 when he was appointed as a Specialist Adjuster dealing with subsidence, CAR/EAR and major loss
  • He subsequently joined forces with two former colleagues to set up a Surveying/Loss Adjusting business in 1999 operating throughout the UK, including the London Market and catastrophe work in the Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean
  • Following a period as a sole practitioner between 2011 and 2013 he became a Contract Loss Adjuster in Thailand heading up a number of major losses involving the catastrophic floods throughout the Bangkok region
